This exercise is very useful if you have weak ankles, like me.. But it is also very good to relax your legs at the end of the day, especially if you walked a lot.. It's quite simple, but it really helps you to feel better after a hard day. You can do it whenever you like, personally I prefer to do it every night, just before sleeping..
What you have to do is to write the alphabet using your feet:
1) Lie down on your bed or wherever you feel comfortable.
2) Put your legs up (your knees can be slightly bent).
3) Move your feet as if you're writing the alphabet on the ceiling. Write the letters one by one, from A to Z without pauses.
4)Now put your legs down, close your eyes and relax!--
In the images, you can see an example of writing the letter 'E'. Actually it's not important if you 'write' using capital letters (as I do) or italics, but don't stop!
