This is called the humble hand project. This assignment is fun to do at work when you don't have the tools or time you need for some of the other projects.
This project is fast and fun and really distracting from work for about fifteen to twenty minutes depending. Here is the project:
1) Photo copy your beautiful weird hand. (If you do not have a hand, you can use your foot or your nose or you pen or your binder if you want to).
2) Write in pen or sharpie in your hands own writing-- two or three or one thing about your hand. For example you could write that you always thought you could be a hand model, or that the tip of your ring finger looks like a space shuttle.
3) Next, write a little list of things your hand can do, or has done, or is good for based on it's shape and the fact it belongs to only you.
4) Somewhere on your copy, away from your other lists, in slightly bolder handwriting, write your summary emotion in one sentence about your hand.
I love my hand, and I love your hand.
