Two days ago I went on an unplanned trip to Berkley. Walking by the School's South Gate with five friends, I nailed my left kneecap on the protruding portion of a fire hydrant. It took me out. Leaning against a wall, I relaxed my leg, took all pressure off of it and rubbed it in a counterclockwise motion. I used a hand gesture commonly found in paintings of Jesus. It's a blessing gesture made by raising your middle and pointer fingers together with the thumb out. I used this healing symbol, rubbing counterclockwise, eventually making the circles smaller and smaller, a sort of spiral until I was in the center.
I've used this method a number of times. This time it took a couple tries. Mind over matter- it works.
