Exercise to learn to feel beautiful
This is an exercise I do regularly and which helps me to feel beautiful. I do it in the morning, in the afternoon or in the evening, whenever I feel bad. This is not about comparing yourself to others. This is about comparing yourself to yourself. This is about learning to feel beautiful by first learning to feel ugly. You can do the exercise anytime, because you are always uglier and always more beautiful than yourself. You will need a mirror, flexible face muscles and a bit of privacy. Do the exercise until you feel better.
