President would be elected by the people, all candidates given the same amount of money to convey their ideas, and only can they spend that amount. The top Presidential advisor is a 6 year old. Too young to have adopted judgments and stereotypes and world-weary cynicism, but old enough to articulate thoughts and project innocence and childlike love into our government policies.
The government spends a king's ransom ensuring everyone gets the same excellent education; this is the number one priority of the state. It does not legislate mortality. It refuses to let anyone bankrupt themselves because of healthcare expenses. And it has a parade in every town, everywhere, every second Tuesday at noon. Bubbles fill the air, lollipops are thrown into the crowd, peppermint winds carry big brightly colored floating balloons, and everyone gets a turn at wearing a crown, riding in a top-down convertible, and waving to the crowd of neighbors and friends.
