My ideal government would be a service based system.
The purpose to serve others would be the main objective and valued above all other interests or accomplishments.
Merit would be f o u n d a t i o n :ability of government organizations to serve their customers.
The government employees would beem powered (love the people) to empower their customers. The customers would feel connected to their government and appreciative/ed. The people would believe in their leaders.
Connection between service and citizens would give the people the ability to recognize themselves in their system. <>
