Advice to Zaynab at age 17-18
1. Don't wait until the last minute to finish your college applications, you will regret this later on.
2. Stay with Kimberly that night at her house, she needed you.
3. Don't be afraid to go after what you want. As clichˇ as it sounds, you must listen to your instincts. Apply to those schools.
4. Choose to do a drawing concentration as opposed to a painting one in AP Art. You're a much faster drawer.
5. Go to Boston University. The U of I is not what you want.
6. Do not go to that awards ceremony, it will only cause you heartache.
7. Do your calculus homework.
8. Sleep less, you need every hour of the day and sleep is just a way of hiding from the world.
9. Don't listen to your guidance counselor. She is ridiculous.
10. Ask Mulder to write all your recommendations.
11. Tell Ann that you do want to go to prom with Brian. In fact, just tell him.
