Advice to myself at age 14:
1. ok, first of all -- don't listen to your mum. don't listen to anything she says. she's dumb and mean (the smart genes came from dad). there is nothing wrong with you. in fact, you're really pretty remarkable.
2. and ok, the bad news -- you have add. that's why you never finish your homework. adderal will help a bit, but it's probably always going to be a struggle.
3. also, try to read more books and watch less tv. and here's some good news: you're going to really like your life.
