1. Don't worry about how your parents will react when they find out you're bisexual. They will love you anyway, and dad will be really happy.
2. Feel free to tell Sophie you love her, but only once, and don't plague her with love letters. This will only cause a breakdown in your friendship and lead you to bad relationships.
3. Do not stab Tim in the back with a compass. It will get you suspended.
4. DO NOT, at all costs, befriend Amy. She will only cause excessive trouble through school, and will leave you bruised and scared after beating you up in year ten.
Advice To Chanel Jackson, age Sixteen.
1. When dad goes to hospital, don't worry yourself sick over him. He will be fine, but your schoolwork wont. Try to keep up with your schoolwork during this crisis and maybe you wont fail year eleven.
2. When Callum refuses to stop talking to Joy, don't forgive him. Even though you've been with him for nearly four years, leave him immediately. He will only cause you emotional harm by cheating on you with a pug-faced girl named after a prostitute, and then leave you.
3. Don't rebound on your best friend. It will not only destroy her, but ruin your friendship as well.
4. When Dirk enquires what you are doing after TAFE one day, say 'nothing' and ask him out. You'll find he has more in common with you than you think.
5. Remember that cleaning the house with some good music on will make you happy. Burning yourself with hot water will not.
