All of my organs (or whichever are acceptable) will be donated. It would be nice to buy an acre of land on a prairie or forest with the money I have left to preserve some nature. It would also be a place for me to be buried, like under a nice tree. I would like to be unembalmed with no coffin. If that isn t legal, than I d like to be cremated and scattered with some native plant seeds. I would love it if Aprille could sing something fun and pretty -- whatever she chooses.
When I was a kid, my parents ran a restaurant and this teacher who used to go there a lot died one day. After her funeral, she had everyone gather at our restaurant for her favorite meal. We had to make over 200 of those dishes. It was a festive atmosphere with kids running around, people laughing and loving the food.
I would want a party afterwards with some of my favorite foods (banh xeo, ceviche, BBQ) and lots of free booze for people to enjoy.
