1. Donate my organs - I won't need them anymore so give them to someone who can use them.
2. I want a small ceremony, family and friends. I want people to get up and tell about me, what they feel I have accomplished, what they liked about me, fond memories, whatever they would like others to know about me - but keep it short. They should remember that I loved flowers, so it would be nice to have some.
3. Don't make this a sad occasion. Have food and music. Play a favorite CD, my children know what music I like. They can also play music that reminds them of me. My children know that we will meet again, so this is only a temporary separation.
4. Then cremate me. I don't want my family spending a fortune on a casket, burial plot, etc. Keep it simple and cheap.
5. My ashes should be divided among my four children, in little urns they choose. I have always been close to my children. They are always with me (or on the phone with me). I never want to be away from them in life, and I don't want them to feel that death has separated us. This way I will never be far from them if they need me.
