I have my fantasy, and it's probably not legal, so I'll go to plan b. (Can you have your flesh and organs taken from your body and the skeleton given to your choice recipient?)
As far as I know, plan B should be fine. Cremation and the remains given to chosen recipient. Said being, sifts through the bits and filters the finer bits into smaller packets. Packets are sent to willing recipients who cut an X in their body, fill it with ash and let it heal. (Old meso-american tattoos.) The little kiss of me will remain with them until they are gone themselves.
