I would want to be buried without a casket so that my body can decompose naturally and fertilize the soil. The reason we are buried to begin with is to return to the place from where we came from. In my eyes, the use of a casket eliminates that concept. If the plan is to return to the ground, that should be include naturally decomposing in the ground. Not wasting space and money using a casket.
