Try to remember the moment when you learned that a friend or aquaintance (not you partner) in your circle of friends became pregnant. Try to remember your feelings as exact as possible and how they changed in a certain period of time you lay down yourself. Then draw them in the form of a heart rhythm machine and mark every change with an arrow and add the special feeling to the arrow (e.g. distance, joy, insecurity, jealousy). Go to the person who has been pregant and ask her to do the same with her alternation of feelings. Put it together on a paper and send it to LTLYM.
