Bodies are not perfect. We have aches, pains, disfigurements, fat, skin conditions, etc. that we look down upon. So imagine yourself from the position of your least favorite body part. Clearly mention the body part in the letter body or at the end of the letter. By learning how other people see us, we can understand ourselves a little better. Body parts can work the same way and more because we put added pressure on ourselves, disliking our own human fragility.

"Dear Steve,
Hi. I am your abdominal region, Thank you for thinking about me from time to time. I loved it when you let people caress me intimately and I am sorry that nobody has done so lately. I really wish somebody would come along to do so so that you won't have to do it alone. I really do love you a lot, you deserve all the love in the world, but i need for you to realize something. It has been seven years since I have seen the sun. You promised me two years ago and last year that I will be perfectly trim and fit. But I cannot do it alone. I cannot wake up one morning and be a miracle for you. I wish that I could, but I can't. So, here is what i think you should do. Stop making promises. It's too stressful for me. I don't have a brain but I know that if you ever want me to be wonderful, you have to see that I am wonderful already. I've been with you for so many years and I'll be with you when you die. That's a promise. Who else can promise that to you?
Please trust me. If you want to be wonderful, realize that you are wonderful already.
Yours Truly,
Abdominal Region
PS. Don't be afraid of pizza. It's good for you in moderation. And I like it.
PPS. Thank your brain for me for letting me use it and its connections to type out this letter. I don't know how I would have ever gotten this done without it."
