1. I was not in the highest level English class, English 1X.
2. I read Ray Bradbury's The Martian Chronicles
3. Came to know the Beatles music, especially the white album, under the stars in Yosemite
4. I danced with a girl to Wake Me Up Before You Go Go, but only after she had dragged me out on the dance floor (I had never danced with a girl before).
5. Got cut from the soccer team, and joined the cross country team the next day, mainly because my Dad made me play sports (I still run to this day -- it's how I clear my mind and find a clarity that only comes after running too far too fast on days that are just too damn hot).
