1. I saw the first Apple Computer commercial and thought it was stupid. Little did I know what a large role Apple would play in my life. (provider of household income, the tool of my industry, responsible to a large commute and a strange ability for my husband's coworkers to "pop" into my kitchen thanks to video conferencing)
2. I was ridiculed because I did not embrace Michael Jackson as a musical icon. I went the way of the Cure and so started the loss of two of my best girlfriends.
3. I got dumped by my first boyfriend because he wanted to be a priest. I found out three years ago that he did become a priest.
