1) I bought a lighter from Spencer's Gifts to take to the Van Halen concert.
2) I went to the Van Halen concert at the Capitol Centre in Largo, Maryland. It was festival seating and the last tour with David Lee Roth. I burned out the lighter.
3) Mitch Gaylord and Bart Connor won the gold at the Sarajevo Winter Olympics. Eight years later, the city would crumble under rebel warfare.
4) I watched the Olympics everyday it was on.
5) I turned 14.
