1. I graduated from high school and started college.
2. I lost my virginity.
3. My friend Emily and I went to see This is Spinal Tap the week it opened.
4. I studied in the Young Artist's Vocal Program at Tanglewood in Lenox, Massachusetts and sang with the Boston Symphony Orchestra in a performance of Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture (which most people don't even know has a chorus, but it does).
5. I traveled to Angel Fire, New Mexico with my high school Chamber Chorus so we could participate in a chamber music festival there, and had a big fight with the conductor over the fact that he gave his son, who could barely carry a tune, a solo.
