Last June I broke my tibia playing football. It took two months before the doctors realized it was broken. I am still having pain in my leg and it's almost been a year. I also have scar tissue and nerve damage that is causing pain. So I apply Biofreeze on my leg and then cover it either with my pants or a blanket. It helps keep the biofreeze feeling cold and working around the leg.
