This is my cure for heartache. I find that when things in life become complicated often times the way to deal with them are quite simple. Heartache should not be the exception to this rule.
How To:
1. get in comfy clothes
2. find a nice warm place (or just anywhere if you have a sudden attack)
3. rub your hands together to warm them.
4. place them over your heart and rub gently, as if massaging the pain out from a deep abyss.
5. it usually helps to softly hum to yourself or repeat a simple mantra like; "I have such a good heart."
6. think of all the people that are suffering the same heartache and say a little prayer for them.
7. *optional* I like to viusalize a warm spring flowing out, or red blood cells, or even sometimes the Tin Man...since he had his all along.
8. Finally, thank your heart for beating, loving, and tick-tocking away the rhythm of your life...take a deep breath, and though it may be difficult -smile-.
