KW: (shakes head again)...no my membership was changed over to the Vancouver location...I came in yesterday...no problems.
LA Fitness Girl: (turns monitor screen around)...see...
KW: (throws off sunglasses)...the membership was changed...I was here yesterday.
LA Fitness Girl: (looks around)...I can't hear you...you are going to have to talk louder.
KW: (in one sudden and jerky movement...leans halfway across counter)...can you hear me now?
LA Fitness Girl: (takes one step back)...what did you say your address was?
KW: (turns around, starts for the door...mumbling)...stupid...
Manager: (talking loudly)...I am so sorry...she is new...let me help you.
