Find an unexpected public place that you can plant flowers seeds in and water over a period of time. Possible locations could be a vacant lot, a median strip, a public park, etc.

Take a series of three photos showing: 1) The garden location before you planted the seeds 2) A photo of the flower plants while they are growing, and 3) A photo of the plants after they have bloomed.
