Her name was Thelma Schilbert, and I visited her with my family on 24 May 2004. She's in the Kaiser Memorial Hospital near Berkeley, CA. For twenty five years she was a good friend of my grandparents, but for the two months she had been at the hospital my grandparents hadn't been to visit. My mother and I convinced the rest of my family to come pay her a visit with us.
