I hung the wind chime in a tree in a parking lot of a shopping area that is economically depressed. It is depressed to the extent in which it draws on the happiness of the souls that walk in and out, sometimes forever, of the shops they are accustomed to. Accustomed to being there. Unlike a wind chime in a parking lot. A blue moon, is a rare occurrence, my hope is that it will bring smiles to those still brave enough to shop down here in this district, more probably their original home. I hope people who see the wind chime realize how important creative spiritualism is, even in depressing times, and that may be as rare as a blue moon, or a wind chime hanging in a tree in a parking lot, but it does occur. There then is hope.
This wind chime was hung in Delta Park, in the state of Oregon, just across the Columbia River from Vancouver, Washington.
