This was fun to work one. I used metal objects that I found at a dollar store. (silverware, napkin holder..) The sound they made were very pretty and they resonated very well. the tones were well spaced so it was not dissonant. I placed them in the roughest shopping area that I could find near my home. It was snowing so I did not go too far. the area had no trees, just some bushes so I used a near by pole that had a hook in it. During the 10 minutes of setting it up and getting pictures of it the ice that was falling had already coated it with a thin layer. I hope the string that I used is string enought to hold it. with ice.
The windchime is located in Farmville Virginia near the University bookstore.
