i slashed myself twice in the arm with a huge hunting knife, right before i turned 18. it cut through both my skin and tendons. i couldn't move most of my fingers until i had it operated on, and even after that, my fingers didn't/don't operate properly. i cannot play the guitar as well as i used to, i cannot throw a peace sign, or count to five with my left hand. this was caused by depression.
