When Nolan was 6 yrs. old, he climbed trees in Scituate, with his neighbor who was also the neighborhood bully, but the only one close enough to climb trees with. One day, after he climbed and climbed to very top of this really big tree, he decided to jump off. He fell to ground and smashed his arm on a giant boulder. He shattered his elbow and had to stay in the hospital for 2 weeks with a giant arm cast on. His parents took turns staying with him in the hospital. He still climbs trees and jumps off.
