A close up of my ever-present scar that has been with me for 16 years. This unfortunate event had happened with me when I was 8years old. As I could recall, my brother was showing an antique sword owned by my grandfather to his peer. As he was swinging the sword from right to left, and back and forth, I run in front of him and the sword unknowingly cut through my skin and left the life-long scar on my upper left ankle.
