The night I met the woman of my best dreams (now fiance), I was two hours north of home to play music to 15 college kids in an old friends basement. My old friend is a 7'5'', 250 pounder with Actionist leanings. We began to wrestle over a quarter on the floor in the manner of young men, and he fell on top of me. The beer bottle shattered under me, putting a 1''x 2'' "fin" in my back very close to my spine. Disuading a gutterpunk with a letterman, I went to the emergency room in cab not able to hold myself upright. A few hours and obscenities later I left the hospital. The local I got from the surgeon allowed me to play music still, however relaxed and droning..... But this scar is where LeLe climbed into me and my life.
