I got this 12cm long scar on my left knee from a sports accident at the age of 16. It happened in physical education in school. My class members and I did high jumping that day. When I started to jump I heard something cracking. At first I thought that I stepped on a piece of wood which made that noise. But one second later I felt a very intensive pain. I was not able to see my knee but the facial expressions of my class members told me that there was something wrong with it. The shinbone-head of my knee had broken and nearly teared a small hole in the skin of my knee. As a consequence I got three long titanium bolts in my knee to fix the bone again.
