I got this scar on my knee when I was about 10 years old. I and my family were in Italy for a vacation. I was swimming in a pool and was just about to get out of it when I hit an underwater lamp with my knee. I remember thinking it was kind of a deep wound. My parents are nurses so my mum just took me up to our hotel room and taped the wound, she told me I would get a scar that would last a few years. Five years and no difference, I actually hope it will stay forever because it reminds me of my mum and that vacation.
